Install Coordinator / Working Lead

Pay: $25-35/hr. Bonus Opportunities

Hours:  Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Saturday 9AM-2PM (rotation)

Job Description: As the Install Shop Lead Installer/Tech, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the install shop while actively participating in installations. Your responsibilities will include planning, directing, and implementing strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, increase profitability, and grow our customer base.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED; associate degree or technical school certification preferred.
Certification to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery.
6 months of previous experience preferred, especially in auto body repair.
Customer-minded team player with effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-oriented environment.
Computer skills (Excel, Word, and NCR) and organizational abilities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic mathematical skills and the ability to multitask.
Fluency in English is required.
Preferred: 1 year Auto Body Repair
