Industrial Painter/Blaster

Pay: $20–$21/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review work orders and follow detailed instructions for each project.
• Mix paints to achieve custom colors and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Protect non-paint areas using masking tape and drop cloths.
• Apply coatings such as enamel, epoxy, and lacquer using spray guns.
• Operate forklifts and cranes to handle materials and maintain accurate production records.
• Perform abrasive blasting to meet surface preparation specifications.
• Use DFT measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial painting or blasting.
• Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and wear a respirator.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active during shifts.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player who can work efficiently with others.
