Pay: $23–$26 per hour + $2 shift differential

Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a top manufacturing client in Catoosa, OK. This role involves painting and prepping industrial components, including small and large parts, touch-up work, and preparing finished coolers for shipment. The Industrial Painter will ensure all paint is applied according to specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints for painting requirements.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on paint pumps.
• Mix multi-part paints and apply coatings based on paint specification sheets.
• Prep and finish parts/components, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintain and clean the mix room and record paint usage.
• Apply paint, correct paint defects, and ensure the final product meets customer standards.
• Safely operate manlifts and cranes.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months – 1 year of industrial or manufacturing painting experience (Heat Exchangers industry preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial paint practices and applications.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate cranes and manlifts.
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow all PPE, JSA, and safety protocols.
