Industrial Painter
Pay: $22-25/hour DOE
Location: Tulsa, OK
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary)

Key Responsibilities for the Industrial Painter:

• Clean, sand, blast, and prime steel, aluminum, and other substrates to prepare for coatings.
• Apply primer, multi-part paints, epoxy, urethane, or specialty coatings using spray systems, rollers, and brushes.
• Set up and maintain spray booths, blasters, spray systems, hand tools, and instruments.
• Use thickness, sheen, and adhesion gauges; inspect finishes for coverage, uniformity, and defects.
• Assist with rigging and positioning heavy units during painting, coordinating with team for safe staging and load-out.
• Adhere to OSHA standards; wear and maintain PPE; properly store, label, and dispose of paints, solvents, and blast media.
• Keep work areas orderly.

Required Skills for the Industrial Painter:

• 2–5+ years of industrial painting experience required.
• Sandblasting experience in an industrial setting is mandatory.
• Knowledge of paint types and mixing procedures.
• Proficiency with spray systems, hand tools, blasting equipment, and inspection gauges.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs as needed and work in confined spaces, at heights, and with airborne particulates.
