Industrial Maintenance 

Pay: $20-24/hr, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional overtime)
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

We’re hiring for a position in industrial maintenance. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with essential maintenance and repairs that keep our forklifts running smoothly and safely. From diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues to performing safety checks, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure our equipment is always in top shape.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Inspection: Regularly inspect, clean, and lubricate forklift parts to keep them performing at their best.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with precision and efficiency.
• Safety Checks: Perform safety inspections to spot potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Repairs: Handle repairs on engines, brakes, transmissions, and steering systems, getting forklifts back in action quickly.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of all work completed, including parts and time spent on each job.
• Testing: Test forklifts after repairs to ensure everything is running safely and correctly.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, helping to minimize any downtime.
• Operator Support: Share guidance on best practices for safe forklift operation and routine maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Maintenance: Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and repair practices.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnostic Ability: Skilled in using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail to ensure all work meets high standards.
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift heavy objects and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Team Player: Works well with others and follows instructions.
• Clearances: Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
