HVAC CSR/Dispatcher
Job Type: Temp 2 week assignment in September
Location: Tulsa
Pay: $20-25/hour DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC CSR/Dispatcher for a temporary 2-week assignment with a Tulsa-based HVAC company. This team prides itself on maintaining a full-service fleet that supports both residential and commercial clients, specializing in system design, preventative maintenance, and on-demand service. The HVAC CSR/Dispatcher will handle incoming calls, dispatch technicians, and ensure seamless coordination of services while providing top-tier customer support.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and relay calls and messages
- Speak with the customer, account managers, or technicians and create service calls as needed
- Review service work orders for spelling, grammar, and correctness; rewrite as necessary
- Correct additional billings missed on service work orders
- Schedule and dispatch work crew to the appropriate location according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
- Arrange for repairs by coordinating with customers and other team members
- Ensure the assigned technician is best suited for each job based on customer needs
- Maintain efficiency in technician call assignments
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have experience working in a CSR role in a manufacturing environment
