Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable HR Assistant/Training Coordinator to support our Tulsa office. This role is critical in maintaining strict confidentiality while handling employee records, compliance, and sensitive company information. The HR Assistant/Training Coordinator will play a key role in both day-to-day HR functions and in building company-wide training programs to support professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR operations such as onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
  • Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the company.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Troubleshoot employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on process improvement and employee experience.
