Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Housekeeping Attendant to join a hospitality team in Oklahoma City. This role is essential to creating a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for guests by ensuring rooms, suites, and public areas are spotless and well-stocked. The Housekeeping Attendant will deliver excellent service and support overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites according to brand standards.
• Replace linens, make beds, and restock guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize bathrooms and living areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special instructions.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, and public spaces.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to service.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
