Job Title: Heavy Industrial Assembler
Pay: $20/hour DOE
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may include 10–11 hour shifts, Monday–Saturday)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Heavy Industrial Assembler for a leading manufacturing company in Broken Arrow. This is a temp-to-hire position offering full-time hours and long-term potential. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical background, manufacturing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Required Experience & Skills

• 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Minimum of 1 year operating a crane
• Tack welding knowledge is a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As a Heavy Industrial Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
• Following all HSE guidelines and completing safety, production, and quality forms
• Installing major components using hands-on knowledge and technical support
• Reading and interpreting schematic diagrams to correctly install components
• Operating hoists or lifting equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all procedures and regulations
• Problem-solving independently or within a team with minimal supervision
• Showing flexibility to support other departments when required

Preferred Education

• High School Diploma or 2 years of relevant experience/training
• Vocational or technical education is a plus
