Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Switching to Night Shift 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM/5:30 AM during the fall)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Industrial Assembler for a temp-to-hire role in Broken Arrow. This position requires candidates to pass an on-site test before hiring.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Mechanical Assembly: 2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Manufacturing Environment: 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fast-Paced Work: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Crane Operation: Minimum of 1 year of crane operation experience.
• Tack Welding: Knowledge of tack welding is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• HSE Compliance: Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and complete safety, production, and quality forms.
• Component Installation: Utilize knowledge for the installation of major components.
• Schematic Interpretation: Understand and interpret schematic diagrams for component installation.
• Equipment Operation: Operate hoists or moving/lifting equipment.
• Work Environment: Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Collaborate with a team and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Department Flexibility: Be flexible to work in other departments as needed.

Preferred Education:

• Education: High school diploma or 2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Vocational Training: Vocational or technical education is a plus.
