Shift: Day and Night Shifts Available

• Nights: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

We’re looking for an experienced Header Welder Combo A to join our team, where you’ll use a range of welding techniques to assemble precision header components. In this role, you’ll work with blueprints to ensure accurate layout, fit, and welds for both fabricated and forged parts. If you’re skilled in SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes and value quality in your work, this opportunity offers a chance to apply your expertise in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints to accurately layout and assemble header components.
• Fit and weld parts using SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding methods.
• Position, align, and tack components for final welding.
• Set up equipment for efficient operation, matching material and job requirements.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in SMAW, GMAW, and/or GTAW welding processes.
• Able to position, align, and fit components for precise welding.
• Experience with welding equipment setup for various materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
