Header Welder

Pay: $28–$33+/hour BOE
Location: Sapulpa
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Job Type: Welding
Test: 2G MIG and Fluxcore (radiographed and bend) / 2G Stick (radiographed on ¾ plate double bevel or bevel to square)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Header Welder to join our Sapulpa team. The Header Welder will be responsible for welding box headers and related components, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications. This role requires blueprint reading, advanced welding techniques, and strong attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on box headers and other components
• Follow blueprints and schematics for proper assembly and fabrication
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Operate and maintain welding equipment in safe working condition
• Collaborate with team members to complete welding projects efficiently
• Ensure all work aligns with safety and compliance regulations as a dependable Header Welder

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven welding experience with structural and fabrication projects
• Ability to perform 2G MIG, Fluxcore, and Stick tests per requirements
• Knowledge of materials, weld symbols, and fabrication processes
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and production quality
