Position Overview

We are currently hiring a skilled Header Welder for a reputable employer in Catoosa, Oklahoma. This temp-to-hire position offers a consistent schedule, excellent pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have advanced welding skills, experience working with pressure vessels and components, and the ability to read and follow detailed welding procedures and prints.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret welding procedures, including parameter settings, sizes, and dimensions
• Weld using both TIG/Stick and TIG/Flux in 3G positions
• Adjust to varying weld types and assist with related tasks such as fitting nozzles and wrapper plates as needed
• Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety policies
• Work directly with QC personnel to ensure all welds meet quality standards
• Operate overhead cranes and jib cranes safely, with a strong understanding of rigging practices

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in environments with high noise levels and exposure to fumes or particles
• Must be capable of wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
