Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Header Welders to join our team. The Header Welder is responsible for the setup and operation of advanced welding equipment, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to minimize scrap, rework, and downtime while maintaining an excellent level of craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable professional who takes pride in their work and consistently meets quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         Set up and operate MIG and Flux Core welding equipment for header welding applications.

·         Perform 3G Open Root MIG/Flux Core Fill & Cap weld tests to verify proficiency.

·         Identify and repair defects while ensuring an acceptable level of appearance and structural integrity.

·         Minimize waste by reducing scrap, rework, and downtime through efficient welding techniques.

·         Ensure all welding work meets company specifications and industry standards.

·         Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Proven experience in header welding.

·         Strong knowledge of MIG and Flux Core welding techniques.

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and correct welding defects.

·         Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
