• Night Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Some Saturdays)
• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Welding Test Requirements:

• 3G TIG/Stick
• 3G TIG/Flux

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Header Welder to join our team in Catoosa, OK. The ideal candidate must be proficient in reading weld procedures, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate weld sizes and dimensions. This role requires versatility, as the welder must be willing to adapt to different welding styles and tasks based on project needs, such as fitting nozzles and wrapper plates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow weld procedures to ensure compliance with required welding parameters.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine correct weld sizes and dimensions.
• Adapt to various welding tasks, including fitting nozzles and wrapper plates when necessary.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) teams to maintain high welding standards.
• Operate overhead and jib cranes with proper rigging techniques.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in an environment with high noise levels and exposure to fumes or particles (PPE required).
