ACHE Header Welder

Pay: $27-30/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 PM - 6 AM (Some Saturdays)

•    3G Tig/Stick & 3G Tig/Flux

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ACHE Header Welder to join our team in Catoosa. The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret weld procedures and prints for welding sizes and dimensions. A willingness to adapt to the company’s needs, including tasks such as fitting nozzles and wrapper plates, is essential.

Responsibilities:

•    Follow weld procedures and apply them accordingly.

•    Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) to ensure quality standards are maintained on all projects.

•    Operate overhead cranes and jib cranes, demonstrating knowledge of rigging.

•    Adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Physical Requirements:

•    Ability to safely lift items up to 50 pounds.

•    Capacity to work in high noise levels and near exposed fumes or particles; must be able to wear required PPE.
