Pay: $24–$28/hour BOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hand Welder with expertise in Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Flux Core (FCAW) welding processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both pipe welding and structural fabrication projects, with the ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ensure precision and quality.

Hand Welder Requirements

• Ability to pass required weld tests (2G MIG/Fluxcore, 2G Stick, and 3G TIG)
• Experience with pipe welding and structural fabrication
• Skilled at reading blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain code-level quality
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Physical Demands & Safety

The Hand Welder role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Welders must follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area while operating welding equipment.
