Position Overview

The Grinder is responsible for finishing and preparing extruded pipe products to meet quality and dimensional standards. This Grinder role involves grinding, inspecting, and ensuring all parts meet production requirements. The ideal Grinder is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Manufacturing or grinding experience preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements and use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to work safely in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Grind, deburr, and smooth extruded pipe products
• Inspect parts for defects and verify measurements
• Operate grinding tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any equipment issues or inconsistencies
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
