Pay: $13.00–$14.00/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Half-Day Saturdays

Position Summary
We are currently hiring a Grinder to join our day shift production team in Tulsa. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build or enhance their skills in metal finishing and fabrication. As a Grinder, you’ll be responsible for grinding, smoothing, and preparing metal components to meet exacting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate grinding equipment such as belt grinders, hand grinders, and bench grinders
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from metal parts
• Follow blueprints, instructions, and verbal guidance to complete assignments
• Visually inspect and measure parts to verify quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Perform basic maintenance on grinding tools and report malfunctions
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support general labor and production needs as assigned

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in grinding, metal finishing, or general manufacturing
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, along with basic measuring instruments
• Understanding of safety practices in a fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
