Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Overtime Required)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grease Maker / Kettle Floor Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the grease-making process, ensuring consistent product quality and proper equipment operation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate grease manufacturing equipment including mills and kettles
• Follow precise formulations and production procedures to ensure product quality
• Perform accurate measurements and adjustments during production
• Monitor, document, and report on batch quality and production metrics
• Collaborate with team members, lab personnel, and supervisors to maintain workflow and address issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in the ongoing improvement and optimization of grease-making processes

Skills & Experience Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior experience mixing materials such as paint, oils, greases, lubricants, or similar substances preferred
• Grease, oil, or lubricant manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform basic math and algebra
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
