Position Overview

We’re hiring a General Labor / Sandblasting team member for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Catoosa, Oklahoma. This position offers hands-on experience in a production environment, preparing surfaces for painting and working with sandblasting equipment.

As a General Labor / Sandblasting associate, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring that all surfaces are properly cleaned and prepared before coating or finishing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn new skills and grow in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal, wood, or other surfaces for painting
• Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure proper preparation
• Mix and load abrasive materials based on project specifications
• Maintain and clean all sandblasting tools and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements, ensuring a clean and ventilated work area
• Collaborate with painters and team members to meet production deadlines
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing proper PPE
