• Position Overview

We are seeking dependable candidates for a General Labor position supporting fabrication and shop operations in Oklahoma City. The General Labor role involves assisting welders and fabricators, operating equipment, handling deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organized shop environment.

This General Labor opportunity is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in an industrial setting and willing to learn new skills.

• Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in industrial, construction, or general labor work

• Ability to follow all safety procedures and job standards

• Comfortable performing manual labor in varying temperatures

• Ability to lift light to heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, and bend for extended periods

• Clear communication skills (oral and written)

• Willingness to learn operation of grinders, cranes, forklifts, plasma cutters, and other shop tools

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist fabrication and welding teams as needed

• Clean and maintain a safe work environment

• Operate machinery and support production processes

• Help with deliveries, shop maintenance, and general shop chores

• Meet quality expectations for all work performed

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Complete additional assigned duties as needed

• Preferred Education

• Manufacturing education or certifications preferred but not required
