Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Operator to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Operator will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources department, including tracking employee call-ins and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, route, and manage incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive front-office experience
  • Receive and accurately document employee call-ins
  • Provide general administrative support to HR
  • Maintain front desk organization, logs, and assigned reports
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized
