o Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
o Thursday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
o Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring a high level of service while managing the daily operations of the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
· Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
· Address inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
· Relay important building notices, maintenance updates, and event information to residents.
· Facilitate communication between residents and property management, ensuring all requests are documented and escalated appropriately.
Security & Access Control
· Monitor building security by logging visitors, issuing key fobs, and ensuring compliance with access protocols.
· Maintain an accurate visitor and contractor log.
Package Handling & Administrative Support
· Receive, log, and store resident packages, notifying recipients of arrivals.
· Manage daily front desk operations, including document filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
· Process resident maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up with the maintenance team.
· Conduct building tours for prospective residents as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of resident information, visitor logs, and operational documents.
Emergency Response & Safety
· Assist in managing emergency situations, contacting appropriate authorities when necessary.
· Be familiar with the building’s emergency procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Basic proficiency in computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
