Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate to assist with material handling, inventory, and outbound logistics in a warehouse setting. This role supports daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure smooth production and timely product delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to safely move materials
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Transport raw materials to production areas and move finished goods to storage or shipping zones
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow all shipping/receiving procedures
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and company guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Package products for shipment according to customer and company specifications
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience
• 2+ years of warehouse and shipping experience
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete shipping documentation
