Forklift Operator

·         Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Some Fridays as needed)

·         Pay: $17.51 per hour

·         Location: Tulsa, OK

·         Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for the movement of raw and finished materials through various phases of production. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Preferred Education & Experience

·         High school diploma or GED preferred.

·         Forklift operator’s license preferred (training available).

Key Responsibilities

·         Operate a forklift or tractor to move raw materials and completed chassis.

·         Maintain raw material inventory, including unloading delivery vehicles.

·         Process necessary paperwork at the time of material receipt.

·         Assist in the movement of chassis through the production area and to designated holding areas.

·         Maintain the exterior yard, including plowing and grading as necessary.

·         Rotate positions within the production team as needed.

·         Assist with repair work as necessary.

·         Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Competencies & Skills

·         Ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

·         Ability to read and process work orders, delivery receipts, and frame prints.

·         Capable of working with minimal supervision.

·         Proficiency in operating necessary equipment (radios, stabilization devices, tape measures, etc.).

·         Physical ability to lift and maneuver weights over 50 lbs..

·         Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to maintain professional relationships with team members, supervisors, and customers.

·         Capable of handling physically and mentally demanding tasks.

·         Willingness to work in varying climate conditions.

·         Ability to prioritize and adapt to changes throughout the workday.
