Position Overview
Thermal Specialties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Installation Technician to support a temporary project running through January 4th. The Floor Installation Technician will assist with large-scale commercial and residential flooring projects, working primarily during evening hours in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
This role supports high-quality flooring installations specializing in epoxy, polished concrete, and decorative concrete systems, with teams providing full project oversight from design through installation.
Key Responsibilities
Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
Perform work in commercial and residential settings
Strictly follow all health and safety regulations
Maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines
Continuously improve skills related to epoxy, polished concrete, and decorative concrete installation
Work efficiently to enhance productivity and job-site performance
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow within the flooring trade
