Shift: Night Shift – Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fitter Welder to join a manufacturing team that assembles and welds pole sections together. The Fitter Welder will perform layout, fit-up, and welding functions in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Weld Test Requirement

• 1G Metalcore MIG

• 3/8-inch double bevel plate

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience

• Minimum 3 years of heavy manufacturing experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Use and read welding measuring devices including squares, levels, and tape measures

• Plan layout, assembly, and welding procedures

• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts into position

• Set up and weld using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding equipment

• Assemble parts by bolting when required

• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling components

• Operate fabrication equipment such as plate rollers, cutting machines, and cutting torches

• Clean poles and welds as required

• Maintain accountability for tools and equipment provided

• Follow all ISO Quality Program procedures, safety regulations, and environmental policies
