Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Fitter/Welder to join a reputable fabrication facility in Sapulpa. The Fitter/Welder will be responsible for reading blueprints, fitting, cutting, and completing high-quality MIG and Flux welds in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and teamwork are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all standard safety practices and maintain a clean work environment.
• Lay out, cut, and fit materials for final assembly and welding.
• Perform final welds and multi-pass welds according to project requirements.
• Mark weld points and position materials using jigs, guides, and fixtures.
• Use measuring instruments and hand tools to ensure proper alignment and fit-up.
• Complete all required production and quality control documentation.
• Participate in safety committees and training initiatives as needed.
• Assist with training other employees on new procedures or tasks when required.

Qualifications

• 3G MIG/Flux welding test required for qualification.
• Previous fitting and welding experience in a fabrication or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
• Skilled with measuring tools and layout techniques.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well under minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
