Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our structural fabrication team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding processes, working on structural steel projects with precision and attention to detail. The Fitter Welder must bring a positive attitude, be coachable, and consistently meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel components using MIG and/or Flux Core (FCAW) processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Perform accurate layouts, fitting, and preparation for welding.
• Ensure welds meet strength, quality, and safety requirements.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fitter Welder in structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to pass a 3G MIG/Flux weld test.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
