Pay: $23 – $26/hour BOE
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (OT on Fridays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fitter Welder for a Tulsa-based fabrication shop. The role focuses on fitting and welding structural skids with precision, safety, and quality in mind. A Fitter Welder in this position should have a strong background in reading blueprints and measuring accurately to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fitting and welding on structural skids to meet company and client standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Use a tape measure accurately for layout and fitting tasks.
• Execute high-quality welds that meet 3G MIG/Flux test requirements.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fitting structural skids.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure with precision.
• Proven welding ability, including MIG with Flux fill and cap.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
