This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience fitting pressure vessels and heat exchangers, along with advanced welding knowledge and strong mechanical skills. Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience fitting pressure vessels and heat exchangers
• Expert-level knowledge of metal fitting to meet industry codes and standards
• Proficient in thermal cutting and welding processes
• Ability to accurately read and interpret AutoCAD prints for specifications and dimensions
• Skilled in the use of oxy/fuel cutting torches and Plas-Arc machines
• Ability to tack weld in compliance with welding codes and procedures
• Above-average math skills and a strong understanding of geometry
• Self-motivated leader capable of executing plans with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong sense of pride in workmanship and alignment with company values
• Punctual and dependable, with a flexible approach to working extended hours when needed
• Must consistently maintain a fit-up rejection rate of less than 5%
