Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fitter/Welder to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and welding structural components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting, final welding, and multi-pass welding techniques while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe all standard safety practices and follow all company safety regulations.

• Lay out and cut materials for final product assembly.

• Perform fitting and welding operations, including final welds and multi-pass welds.

• Lay out and mark weld points on parts, ensuring precise alignment.

• Position pieces to be welded using jigs, holding fixtures, and measuring instruments.

• Maintain and complete all required documentation and records.

• Assist in training new employees on fabrication and welding techniques.

• Participate in safety committees and other company initiatives.

• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Testing Requirements

• 2G Plate Test – Flux core fill and cap.
