Fitter Welder

Location: Owasso, OK 74055
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour (DOE: $17 - $25 per hour)
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) or Night Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM)

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced Fitter Welders to join our team in Owasso, OK. This role involves fitting and welding stainless steel and structural exhaust panels for turbines and intake filtration systems. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fitting skills, an eye for precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Fit and weld stainless steel and structural components to meet design specifications.

·         Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

·         Use MIG and Flux Core welding techniques to ensure strong, high-quality welds.

·         Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

·         Operate welding tools and equipment safely and effectively.

·         Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

·         Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Testing Requirements

·         Candidates must pass a 3G MIG and Flux Core welding test to qualify.

Qualifications & Skills

·         Proven experience as a Fitter Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

·         Strong knowledge of welding procedures, blueprint reading, and quality control standards.

·         Ability to operate welding equipment and tools with precision.

·         Experience with structural and stainless steel fabrication.

·         Must be detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.

·         Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
