Pay: $24.50/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Weekend Shift – Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:30pm (Work 36, Get Paid for 40)
Training: First 2 Weeks – Monday–Friday, 5:00am–3:30pm
OT: Available during the week with supervisor approval

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fitter to join a team that specializes in assembling and welding pole sections. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for laying out, aligning, and welding structural components using MIG welding techniques. This is a weekend shift opportunity with great pay and training provided during the first two weeks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints to perform layout and assembly as a Fitter
• Use fabrication tools including tape measures, levels, and squares to ensure precision
• Tack, clamp, and weld structural components into place
• Operate MIG welding and fabrication equipment such as cutting machines and torches
• Clean and inspect welds and poles for quality compliance
• Maintain personal tools and ensure proper use of safety equipment
• Follow all company safety policies, ISO quality procedures, and environmental regulations

Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of welding experience required
• 3+ years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass a 1G Metalcore MIG weld test
• Demonstrated ability to perform duties as a Fitter using various fabrication tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
