First Class Engineer

Pay: $25+/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Description:

The First-Class engineer operates and maintains specific equipment, machinery, systems, etc., in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and operational problems, and implements effective solutions to minimize downtime. Coordinates with maintenance teams and external vendors to facilitate repairs and replacements as necessary. Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels. Stays updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Trains and mentor junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in [Engineering discipline relevant to the industry], or equivalent experience. years of experience working as a First Class Engineer or similar role in [industry/sector]. Proficiency in operating and maintaining [specific equipment, machinery, systems, etc.]. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
