Job Title: Final Assembly Technician
Pay Range: $22–$30/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Overview

We are actively seeking Final Assembly Technicians for 1st shift openings at our Tulsa location. This hands-on position is responsible for the assembly of heat exchangers, utilizing a range of tools and techniques to meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely assemble heat exchangers using general shop and hand tools
• Install structural and drive components, including motors and propellers
• Accurately interpret and follow blueprints and assembly instructions
• Utilize appropriate fasteners and hardware for secure installations
• Adhere to the daily production schedule and complete assignments on time
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly required
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work

Work Environment

This position operates in a high-paced industrial setting. The facility is not climate-controlled and may expose employees to loud noise, dust, and airborne metal particles. Personal protective equipment (PPE)—including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots—is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive, physical tasks
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching overhead
• Strong visual acuity and depth perception for precise assembly work
