Final Assembly
Pay: $22–$30/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (occasional weekends as needed)

We are seeking motivated individuals for Final Assembly roles at a global leader in high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. With over six decades of innovation serving the power generation, oil & gas, and industrial sectors, this company is recognized for its quality, precision, and strong market presence. The Final Assembly team is crucial to ensuring that each unit meets exact specifications and quality standards before shipment to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities for Final Assembly:

• Safely assemble heat exchangers using general shop and hand tools.
• Install structural and drive components, including motors and propellers.
• Interpret blueprints and assembly instructions accurately.
• Use fasteners and hardware appropriately for secure builds.
• Follow the production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly required.
• Skilled with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced, industrial environment. The facility is not climate-controlled and may expose employees to loud noise, dust, and metal particles. Proper PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots, is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Good vision and depth perception required for assembly accuracy.
