Position Overview

The Fin Operator Assistant supports machine operators in a fast-paced production environment. The Fin Operator Assistant role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators with loading and monitoring production machines

• Rotate between six machines as needed

• Support loading and unloading trucks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Learn machine processes and develop toward operator-level skills
