Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 40–50 hours per week (hours may vary; OT and weekends as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Service Technician to join our Tulsa team. This role combines responsibilities across multiple departments, including pesticide application, material handling, and driving a flatbed truck. The Service Technician must be willing to perform all assigned tasks and support various operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Pest Technician Responsibilities

• Apply termiticide treatments and deliver building materials such as nails, Visqueen, and steel.
• Provide the shop foreman with accurate inventory counts for job-related materials.
• Maintain proper upkeep of pretreatment vehicles, including termiticide applicators (pump, tank, hose), and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Accurately log job order information using provided order forms.
• Assist steel workers with maintaining the steel yard, storage areas, and rebar organization.
• Maintain cleanliness in the shop and storage building.
• Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines during pest control and material handling tasks.

Pest Technician Requirements

• 1–2 years of prior pesticide treatment experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for industrial environments.

Material Handler/Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport materials to designated locations.
• Retrieve and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Load and unload materials, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
• Maintain an organized and efficient loading area to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safety and maintenance concerns; report issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, tracking incoming and outgoing materials.
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including material handling and stocking.

Material Handler/Driver Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience as a delivery driver or in material handling.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safe loading and unloading procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
