Field Service Tech

Pay: $25+hr.

Job Description:

Must be able to travel 75% of the time worldwide.

The Field Service Tech Oversees on-site visits and equipment installation. Addresses technical issues, and conducts routine repairs. Collaborates with customers, ensuring effective communication and exceptional service. Ensures compliance with industry and company standards for new or modified equipment installations. Reviews and analyzes performance reports, inspects malfunctioning equipment, and coordinate resolutions with inter-company departments. Maintain detailed records, submit reports to the Field Service Manager and Quality Department, and provide recommendations for recurring equipment problems. Assists in daily customer service, troubleshoot, dismantle, and reassemble equipment as per specifications. Conducts preventative maintenance at customer facilities. Demonstrates punctuality, teamwork, and safety adherence, including the operation of various work platforms at heights exceeding 50 feet.

Required:

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
