Job Position: Electrospinning Production Operator
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift/Hours: Night Shift | Monday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview

We are hiring an Electrospinning Production Operator to join our growing team in the textile industry. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in textile manufacturing, converting, and web path tension control. You will play a key role in a cutting-edge production environment with opportunities for advancement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrospinning equipment in a textile production setting
• Ensure proper web path tension and control throughout the production cycle
• Monitor and maintain quality standards to ensure product consistency
• Uphold safety standards and follow all compliance protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing and converting preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Experience with overhead crane and forklift operations
• Web path tension control knowledge is required

Physical Requirements

• Lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs unassisted (assistance required for weights over 102 lbs)
• Stand and walk for 90% of the shift
• Crouch or kneel up to 15% of the time
• Sit up to 10% of the shift, typically during breaks or when operating a forklift
