Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations at a commercial facility in Seneca, Missouri. The Facility Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of general building maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

This temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay and benefits eligibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs

• Complete painting, drywall, and basic carpentry tasks

• Assist with plumbing repairs and minor adjustments

• Perform basic electrical maintenance as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Respond to maintenance needs during overnight operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience with commercial building maintenance preferred

• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and basic electrical work

• Reliable transportation required

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Stable work history required

• Ability to work independently on an overnight schedule
