Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our client’s operations team in Seneca, MO. The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks across the facility, ensuring that all equipment and building systems are functioning properly and safely. This is a temp-to-hire position offering weekly pay and benefits, ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs of commercial buildings, including plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent potential breakdowns.
• Assist with basic electrical and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work records.
• Support overall facility cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Stable work history with proven reliability and commitment.
• Knowledge of commercial facility repair and maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and basic electrical work.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
