Facility Maintenance

Pay: $20-25/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description:

Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Maintain and repair facilities and equipment including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.

Required Skills/ Experience:

Must have electrical experience. (1 year minimum) Must have a valid driver's license. Safety sensitive must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen. Detail orientated. Ability to take direction and work independently. Preferred experience in the gas/oil industry.
