Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73135
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential
Shift:
· Sunday – Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
· Thursday & Friday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
· Total Hours: 56 Hours Per Week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious and capable of efficiently maintaining, locating, and organizing raw materials in the fabrication and weld shop based on the production schedule and Bill of Materials (BOM). This position requires a strong understanding of blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and the safe operation of fabrication equipment, including plasma tables, brake presses, band saws, and blast booths.
Key Responsibilities:
· Blueprint & BOM Interpretation:
o Read and comprehend blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate production.
· Material Handling & Equipment Operation:
o Organize and prepare raw materials for fabrication processes in accordance with the production schedule.
o Safely operate fabrication equipment such as brake presses, band saws, plasma tables, and blast booths.
o Accurately measure materials using tape measures and calipers, with precision up to 1/16 inch, and convert measurements to decimals (e.g., .0625).
o Safely operate cranes, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move materials and products.
· Production & Safety Compliance:
o Verify the correct materials are used according to the BOM.
o Follow the production schedule to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
o Understand tank preparation operations, including pressure testing and prepping for painting.
o Safely operate various hand and power tools as required.
· Team Collaboration:
o Maintain focus, follow directions, and uphold a positive attitude while working in a team-oriented environment.
o Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
· Ability to perform all essential duties with minimal supervision.
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination.
· Successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.

Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Three years of relevant fabrication experience and/or training preferred.
