Position Title: Fabrication Operator
Pay: $16–$18/hour DOE + 11.5% shift differential on all hours worked
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Position Overview
Our Tulsa-based client is seeking a Fabrication Operator to join their team in a climate-controlled facility specializing in the production of sheet metal components. This position plays a key role in processing materials for the next stage of production.
Essential Functions
• Operate saws and drills to mill, tap, sand, cut, deburr, and grind parts.
• Process parts coming off the laser operator’s table and prepare them for the next operation.
Requirements
• Must have industrial saw experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fabrication environment.
• Proficiency using a hand grinder, belt sander, and measuring tape.
• Experience operating industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quick math calculations.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position is considered safety-sensitive and involves tasks critical to the safe operation of the facility, including:
• Handling, packaging, processing, transporting, or disposing of hazardous materials.
• Operating motor vehicles, heavy machinery, or power tools.
• Monitoring or repairing critical infrastructure or manufacturing processes where malfunctions could result in injury or property damage.
• Handling volatile, flammable, or combustible materials.
Additional Physical Requirements:
• Standing, bending, squatting, and climbing approximately 95% of each shift.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and transporting parts over short distances.
• Moving, lifting, pulling, and pushing parts within confined workspaces, often without mechanical assistance.
• Consistent use of proper lifting techniques and teamwork when necessary.
