Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM/4:00 PM (OT may be required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Assembler to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for the assembly and production of fabricated components, ensuring all processes align with established specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in deburring, aircraft assembly, and blueprint interpretation while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         Read and use calipers and other precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.

·         Properly deburr sheet metal and machined parts to meet industry standards.

·         Apply correct finish callouts as per specifications.

·         Perform rivet installations efficiently and precisely.

·         Follow detailed manufacturing processes to produce high-quality fabricated components.

·         Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Proficiency in using basic shop tools for fabrication and assembly.

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

·         Basic understanding of aircraft hardware installation and surface finishes.

·         Experience in deburring, aircraft component assembly, and rivet installations.

·         Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

·         Must be a team player with a strong work ethic, following instructions effectively.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times daily.

·         Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment.

·         Experience operating a forklift, plasma cutter, drill press, and grinders.
