Hours: Monday - Thursday 6AM-4:30PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures. This role involves identifying compliance issues, HSE risks, and opportunities for improvement by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits. You will investigate HSE incidents, determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and maintain detailed records. Responsibilities also include conducting HSE training sessions for employees and collaborating with the HSE Supervisor and team members to enhance HSE performance. The role requires conducting risk assessments for new and existing tasks and equipment, innovating process improvements, and managing actions to completion. You will train and assist leads, supervisors, and managers with their HSE responsibilities. Knowledge of local, state, and federal HSE regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Safety, or related field; or 4+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing.
