Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Diesel Tech / Shop Assistant to join a growing maintenance team in West Tulsa. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in diesel mechanics and heavy equipment maintenance. The Entry-Level Diesel Tech / Shop Assistant will assist experienced technicians with basic maintenance tasks while learning valuable hands-on skills.

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including oil and brake changes
• Work on semi-trucks and heavy machinery in a physical, hands-on environment
• Crawl under vehicles and assist with mechanical repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Learn from experienced diesel technicians and develop your skills over time

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in oil and brake changes preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to showing up daily
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
